That means it carries the protein, fibre, vitamins and minerals the meal would have given you — typically around 200 kcal — so you eat fewer calories without going short on nutrition. That depends on your plan, not on the product. The Everyday Plan uses three a day plus a meal you cook yourself; the Active Plan uses two. Any product from any of our categories can fill one of those slots, so you are free to mix shakes, bars, soups, breakfasts and hot meals across the week.
