Nuestros batidos quedan mejor cuando se mezclan con leche desnatada leche o leche de soja sin azúcar; si lo deseas, puedes mezclarlos con agua para una comida fortificada de 125 calorías.

He estado usando estos batidos de forma intermitente para una dieta ceto durante los últimos 3-4 años y son excelentes. Saben bien, aunque un poco dulces, y se disuelven por completo.
El batido está riquísimo, pero el nuevo envase es demasiado grande.

My favourite taste like a shake from any fast food outlet
My first time I tried it with UHT skimmed milk and it was gorgeous. Then I did a 50:50 UHT and water. Then my third time it was just water. I have to say, even with just water it's a gorgeous shake. I have now bought some unsweetened coconut milk and I plan to try that as it's much lower in calories and carbs than UHT skimmed milk.
