A sweet treat with a pleasant taste. Because it's mixed with water it's a bit thin compared with those mixed with milk, which seem richer and more satisfying.

These are amazing just like drinking a milkshake. I haven't tried any shakes with water but with the milk its amazing. Haven't been on them long enough to comment on weight loss but I definitely feel the benefit from not snacking.
Great flavour, the shakes are very tasty and filling. This one really does taste like cherry bakewell but is quite thin when mixed. Still a lovely flavour though and satisfying.

These shakes are almost too good to be true. They dissolve easily with no lumps, and taste delicious and are low in calories. I've been having cherry bakewell, chocolate and vanilla flavours - all of which are really nice. So far I've lost 6kg which is unbelievable in 6 weeks. I've just been having the shakes instead of lunch, combined with overall calorie counting. It makes it so much easier at work to just grab a sachet.
I was a little scared to taste this one as I expected it to be really sweet due to the flavour but it wasn't. It was actually nice and I would buy again.
