I would definitely recommend this chocolate shake it tastes great and creamy when made up this one is my favourite. I have it in the morning abt 8am ,and don't need anything to eat till abt 2pm ,It also controls my cravings not eating between the shakes . I would recommend anybody to try this .
Absolutely love this shake. It is the best chocolate meal replacement shake I have tasted. The texture isn't weird like some shakes, and the flavour is really good. I like to blend it with some ice so that it is more of a milkshake consistency and I think that makes it even better, but its still delicious on its own. 10/10 recommend.

I love this chocolate shake the best out of all the others iv tried. you make it up it tastes great it fills you up ,I have lost weight iv lost nearly a stone while using these shakes . I do use the other shakes like strawberry and banana and the vallina mix it up a bit so am not having same shake every day . But I would definitely recommend them to any body to try them .

I don't use milk in my shakes only water which can make the shake lose some flavour however this one and choco mint seem to keep their flavour.
I do enjoy the chocolate shakes and always get some when I reorder.
Over the years I have tried many weight loss shakes and protein shakes and none have the taste of these. Despite the slightly higher price I always return to them as I have never found anything better. I only use them for maintenance now but excellent product.

Although I am overweight, the main reason for getting Shake That Weight meal replacement sachets is that I don't have an appetite. I eat toast for breakfast and often don't eat anything else until 6, or 7 in the evening, by that time I'm hungry but I don't have an appetite to eat, plus because I live with chronic pain, I'm often in too much pain to stand and cook. The sachets provided are not just tasty but filling too. I've tried the maple syrup pancake and have to try hard not to have one, or more, every day! If I lose weight along the way, that's great, but the best thing is that I'm getting into the habit of having some goodness three times a day!

I managed to lose 2.5 stones between Sept -Dec 2024 using shake the weight products. Slimming world/weight watchers hadn't worked for me so I thought I was just stuck, a post menopausal lady with an under active thyroid, not a great combination. I found out what my basic metabolic rate was via the internet, so I knew my basic calories my body needed a day to work so I then knew what the calorie deficit would be for me to lose 1 to 2 lb per week. I downloaded an app to track my daily calories and then incorporated my chocolate shakes/ soups/ bars into my day. I divided my calories so I knew how many I could have for breakfast,lunch,tea and a snack at supper time. With working I found it easier to just replace lunch with either a shake/ soups/ bars and used fruit and salad/veg to make my calories up to the 350 calories I allowed myself for lunch. I found the chocolate shake gave me the chocolate fix I craved which made my eating plan easier. I still have my lunch shake now and keep an eye on my calories as I am now aware what calories are in what food so I can make informed decisions, so I am just maintaining now but feel so much better for the weight loss. You can be stricter and replace more meals as there is a good choice of breakfasts,meals etc but this worked for me and it was easy and not very expensive and easy to continue with.

The Chocolate flavour shake is my favourite, although having tried the other flavours I always return to the Chocolate shaken properly you end up with a deliciously creamy Chocolate drink. Whilst using it as a Weight Loss Aid I’ve had 3 Shakes a day and upon reaching my target weight have switched to 1/2 Shakes a day plus a low calorie meal. If I’ve needed a little more assistance I’ve used the flavoured powdered appetite suppressant drink. All a good assistance to the Chocolate shake.

I love this shake. Not too sweet as some of the others and a nice chocolate taste. It’s the only shake I get in the range and have it around 3:30pm with collagen powder, and a bulking agent to keep me regular.

had a problem getting it mixed properly so bought myself an electric whisk and it says on the packet why not try it warm but I thought why not try even colder so I made it up stuck in a dish put it in the freezer come back later and I've got hurt myself a bowl of ice cream

I struggle to eat meals during the day because of my job. I only have access to water so I only have the shakes and bars during the day and then a home cooked meal in the evening. The Choccy shakes are gorgeous with water, easy to mix in shaker bottle and not a gritty texture like some of its more pricier less tastier competitors.
