Schmeckt wie erwartet großartig und sorgt tatsächlich für ein Sättigungsgefühl, das den Appetit unterdrückt.
Ich würde diesen Schokoladen-Shake auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, er schmeckt zubereitet toll und cremig, dieser ist mein Favorit. Ich trinke ihn morgens gegen 8 Uhr und brauche bis etwa 14 Uhr nichts zu essen. Er kontrolliert auch mein Verlangen, sodass ich zwischen den Shakes nichts esse. Ich würde jedem empfehlen, das auszuprobieren. .
Absolut begeistert von diesem Shake. Er ist der beste Schokoladen-Mahlzeitenersatz-Shake, den ich je probiert habe. Die Textur ist nicht so komisch wie bei manchen Shakes und der Geschmack ist wirklich gut. Ich mische ihn gerne mit etwas Eis, damit er eher die Konsistenz eines Milkshakes hat, und ich finde, das macht ihn noch besser, aber er schmeckt auch pur sehr lecker. 10/10 empfehlenswert.

Von allen Shakes, die ich bisher probiert habe, schmeckt mir dieser Schokoladen-Shake am besten. Man bereitet ihn selbst zu, er schmeckt großartig und macht satt – ich habe abgenommen, fast ein Stone, seit ich diese Shakes trinke. Ich trinke auch die anderen Shakes, wie Erdbeere und Banane sowie die Vallina-Sorte, um ein bisschen Abwechslung reinzubringen, damit ich nicht jeden Tag denselben Shake trinke. Aber ich würde sie auf jeden Fall jedem empfehlen, sie mal zu probieren. .

Ich verwende keine Milch in meinen Shakes, sondern nur Wasser, was dazu führen kann, dass der Shake etwas an Geschmack verliert, aber dieser und Schoko-Minze scheinen ihren Geschmack zu behalten.
Die Schokoladen-Shakes schmecken mir wirklich gut, und ich bestelle sie immer wieder, wenn ich nachbestelle.
Über die Jahre habe ich viele Diätshakes und Proteindshakes ausprobiert und keiner hat den Geschmack von diesen. Trotz des etwas höheren Preises kehre ich immer zu ihnen zurück, da ich nie etwas Besseres gefunden habe. Ich verwende sie inzwischen nur noch zur Gewichts Erhaltung, aber ein ausgezeichnetes Produkt.

Ich finde diesen Diät-Shake am wenigsten süß im Geschmack und verwende immer diesen Geschmack.
Großartiger Geschmack, schmeckt heiß oder kalt.
Obwohl ich übergewichtig bin, ist der Hauptgrund, warum ich mir die Shake That Weight-Mahlzeitenersatz-Beutel besorge, dass ich keinen Appetit habe. Zum Frühstück esse ich Toast und oft esse ich bis 18 oder 19 Uhr nichts mehr. Zu dieser Zeit habe ich zwar Hunger, aber keinen Appetit. Außerdem leide ich unter chronischen Schmerzen, sodass es mir oft zu weh tut, aufzustehen und zu kochen. Die mitgelieferten Portionsbeutel sind nicht nur lecker, sondern machen auch satt. Ich habe die Pfannkuchen mit Ahornsirup probiert und muss mich wirklich zusammenreißen, um nicht jeden Tag einen – oder mehrere – zu essen! Wenn ich dabei abnehme, ist das toll, aber das Beste daran ist, dass ich mir angewöhne, dreimal am Tag etwas Gutes zu mir zu nehmen!

Ich mag diesen Geschmack wirklich sehr und werde wieder bestellen.
Ich habe es geschafft, zwischen September und Dezember 2024 mit Shake-the-Weight-Produkten 2,5 Stones (ca. 16 kg) abzunehmen. Slimming World/Weight Watchers hatte bei mir nicht funktioniert, also dachte ich, ich stecke einfach fest – eine postmenopausale Frau mit einer unteraktiven Schilddrüse, keine tolle Kombination. Ich habe über das Internet meinen Grundumsatz herausgefunden, sodass ich die Kalorien wusste, die mein Körper am Tag grundlegend zum Arbeiten braucht, und dann wusste, wie groß das Kaloriendefizit sein muss, damit ich 1 bis 2 Pfund pro Woche abnehme. Ich habe eine App heruntergeladen, um meine täglichen Kalorien zu tracken, und dann meine Schokoshakes/-suppen/-riegel in meinen Tag integriert. Ich habe meine Kalorien aufgeteilt, damit ich wusste, wie viele ich für Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen und einen Snack am späten Abend haben konnte. Da ich arbeite, fand ich es einfacher, das Mittagessen einfach durch einen Shake, Suppen oder Riegel zu ersetzen, und verwendete Obst und Salat/Gemüse, um meine Kalorien auf die 350 Kalorien aufzufüllen, die ich mir fürs Mittagessen erlaubt hatte. Ich fand, dass der Schokoshake mir den Schokoladen-Kick gab, nach dem ich mich sehnte, was meinen Ernährungsplan einfacher machte. Ich trinke meinen Mittagsshake immer noch und behalte meine Kalorien im Auge, da ich jetzt weiß, wie viele Kalorien in welchen Lebensmitteln stecken, sodass ich fundierte Entscheidungen treffen kann. Ich halte mein Gewicht jetzt also nur noch, fühle mich aber durch den Gewichtsverlust so viel besser. Man kann strenger sein und mehr Mahlzeiten ersetzen, da es eine große Auswahl an Frühstücken, Mahlzeiten usw. gibt, aber das hat für mich funktioniert und es war einfach, nicht sehr teuer und leicht beizubehalten.
Mein absoluter Allzeit-Favorit. Speziell zum Abendessen ... immer eine gute Wahl.

Köstlich. Diese Geschmacksrichtung war lecker und hat mir gut geschmeckt. Ich habe es um 20 Uhr zum Abendessen gegessen und hatte bis zum Mittagessen um 12:30 Uhr keinen Hunger mehr.

The Chocolate flavour shake is my favourite, although having tried the other flavours I always return to the Chocolate shaken properly you end up with a deliciously creamy Chocolate drink. Whilst using it as a Weight Loss Aid I’ve had 3 Shakes a day and upon reaching my target weight have switched to 1/2 Shakes a day plus a low calorie meal. If I’ve needed a little more assistance I’ve used the flavoured powdered appetite suppressant drink. All a good assistance to the Chocolate shake.

I love this shake. Not too sweet as some of the others and a nice chocolate taste. It’s the only shake I get in the range and have it around 3:30pm with collagen powder, and a bulking agent to keep me regular.

I struggle to eat meals during the day because of my job. I only have access to water so I only have the shakes and bars during the day and then a home cooked meal in the evening. The Choccy shakes are gorgeous with water, easy to mix in shaker bottle and not a gritty texture like some of its more pricier less tastier competitors.

Heaven is right! The chocolate is so creamy, sweet and tasty you can hardly believe it has so little calories. This is also great warmed up in the microwave or pot as a hot chocolate drink. Quiets down that little voice screaming for chocolate or something sweet.
