Order Questions

Orders placed before 10pm CET to the Netherlands and Belgium should arrive on the next working day. We can deliver to most European countries within 2-6 working days. For full details view our delivery page

Can I make changes to my order?
Changes cannot be guaranteed. If you email customer services they will try to make amendments if the order has not already been packed or dispatched.

Yes, you can within 14 days. Fill out the return form and post the items back to our warehouse address.

Yes. If you email customer services before your order has been dispatched, we can cancel your order and refund the payment to your payment method. If the order has been dispatched, you will need to follow the return instructions.

You should receive an email confirmation with a tracking ID after your order is dispatched from our warehouse. This may be up to 24 hours after placing your order. If you have not received one, please first check your spam/junk folder and then email customer service who will provide it for you.


Product Questions

A lot of our products are gluten free. Look for the gluten free symbol on the product page or view the ingredients section of the product.

It is not advised to use our products whilst pregnant or breastfeeding

Our products are not suitable for children under the age of 16

Our products our not advised for people with existing health conditions. Please consult your health care professional.

Everyones weight loss will be different due to your personal circumstances such as your metabolism, your starting weight, your excercise levels etc. It is not practical to make comparision statements. However following our diet will result in more rapid weight loss than traditional diets.
